Brace Yourselves 'Cause DU Is Set To Announce Its 1st Cut-Off List On Friday, Y'All

All the aspiring and potential DU-ites, listen up! We know you guys have been holding your breath ever since CBSE announced the results. But now we bring you some more news which you need to pay heed to!

D-Day Is Here | DU is expected to announce its first cut-off list for its undergraduate courses on Friday, 28th June. There’s some news doing the rounds that the number of seats might see a rise, and keeping in mind the fewer applications, we believe these factors might impact the percentage requirements. The university is planning to increase its intake by 10% in order to accommodate EWS quota which makes about 63,000 seats there for the taking this time as opposed to 56,000 seats last year.

The trend for highest cut-off was set by BA (Programme) at LSR College which went as high as 98.75% - whoa! But given how the Bachelors’ degrees are the most sought after courses in the university, the trend is unlikely to go south. We can only hope that things might change by the further cut-off lists!

So, it’s time to pull up your socks, keep your eyes peeled and good luck, fucchas!
