Starting with five ambulances equipped with oxygen cylinders, AEDs, stretchers, and emergency medicines, this service aims to deliver Basic Life Support (BLS) at a flat fee of ₹2,000. Operated by trained staff, including paramedics and drivers, the service can be booked directly via the Blinkit app. Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa stressed this isn’t about profits but solving a critical issue, with plans to expand to major cities within two years.
