Walk by, and it’ll be a whole scene: people pausing for a quick cool-down, picking up ice creams, sipping on flavoured milk, and easing back into the festival pace. The pistachio ice cream will likely be the first thing to catch your eye, but it’s the flavoured milk lineup that will keep you lingering- coffee for that caffeine extra kick, chocolate for the classics, badam for something easygoing, and kesar elaichi for when you’re in the mood to switch it up.
