Of course, there’s a momo on the list we can’t ignore. Delhi wala’s romance with this spicy goodness is a given, but Moroca's Angry Momos might change that to a love-hate one. 8. Lotan Ke Chole Kulche

Here’s a hidden gem in Old Delhi - Lotan Ke Chole Kulche sold at a corner stall on the street of Purani Dilli. They are just filled with yummy spices and the swoon-worthy buttery kulcha. The spicy metre is low, medium and very high. Choose the very high to get the ultimate taste to just explode in your mouth with that extra ladle full of chilly oil accompanied with Chole Stalk. Lotan Ke Chole Kulche is among Delhi’s classics and a must-try for every Delhiite. Get your kulcha plate for some teary eyes and gob-smacking flavours!
