Your OG opposites attract story, Jab We Met is one of the most iconic movies we have grown up watching. Geet was one helluva character, who has made permanent residence in our hearts, and we cannot really blame the sweet Aditya for falling for her! Anyway, the best part about their relationship was how they both, at some point, healed or completed each other. ALSO, well, Geet’s dadaji predicted their romance, and you cannot go wrong with his eye!

It’s been over a decade and we still can’t get over Jai & Aditi’s love story, two best friends turned lovers (the best kinda relationships) who set the bar wayy too high for a lot of us. Be it the relatable everyone but them acknowledging their feelings or the absolute goals running to the airport on a HORSE scene, shouting ‘Meow, Meow’ and singing ‘Jaane tu ya jaane na’ not only made us laugh out loud but also filled up our hearts with so much love, making us all want a Jai who sings ‘Kabhi Kabhi Aditi’ for us!

Dhruv & Kavya from Little Things have been giving us serious relationship goals ever since they graced the screens! A show that perfectly sums up the modern Indian urban couple, navigating through their 20s, battling jobs and relationships, Little Things is as relatable as it gets! 5. Ved & Tara, Tamasha

Although Ved & Tara meeting again in Delhi after their short but magical time together in Corsica was a fortunate stroke of serendipity that we may only see in movies, but everything after that was too real. The HKV Social scene in Agar Tum Sath Ho gave everyone literal chills. The happy times, the painful breakup, the finding themselves, everything about Tamasha was undeniably beautiful, and of course, all the dancing in a foreign land was goals!

6. Bagga & Naira, College Romance

TVF’s College Romance summed up our college friendships and relationships pretty well. A time when all we cared about was fresher’s parties, chaapein, trips, and well, ‘having paneer,’ Bagga & Naira’s adorable relationship was a cherry on top! From calling the swagger, West-Delhi hunk ‘Bugs,’ to all the cute moments and Bagga saying, ‘mera bhi sahi hai,’ these 2 gave us serious relationship goals! Season 2 only grew to show us how well they had evolved as a couple, and all their moments are truly relatable and funny!

7. Saajan & Ila, The Lunchbox

An old school love story, conveyed by the sharing of small notes over a lunchbox, The Lunchbox is one of Bollywood’s finest movies, and of course, one of the legends, Irrfan Khan’s finest performances. There are many tiny moments in the film that will warm up your heart, and leave you craving for a taste of sweet-sweet love. Time for a rewatch?

8. Aditi & Niren, The Sky Is Pink

Aditi & Niren, or Moose & Panda’s love story is pretty eventful and narrated by their late daughter, spanning over 2 and a half decades. The film, although a huge whirlwind of emotions, is not distressing at all. It’s as happy as it can get and takes us through a beautiful ride of familial love, joy, romantic love and life. The best part is Moose & Panda’s love story, and them holding on to each other through thick and thin. Moose and Panda are a typical Delhi couple - a South-Delhi girl and a middle class, Chandni Chowk boy, and we love all their moments, especially the ‘hiding from their fams’ ones!
