The Johnson’s Cafe which is a part of The Johnsons Hotel Cafe & Bar is a huge, wooden colonial bungalow style cafe, which is extremely well known and popular in Manali. The warm and beautiful place with its wooden and cosy decor has an unmatched vibe- in short- it’s a must-visit when in Manali! 3. IL Forno

IL Forno is a rustic li’l cafe sitting on top of a mountain, with a vintage kinda ambience. It’s surrounded by pristine nature and offers some of the most eye-popping views. As you sit in their outdoor seating, nestled in the lap of mountains, you can sit for hours there, in the company of a book, and live life to the fullest. As you relax, you can nosh onto the scrummy & authentic Italian fare, amongst which, the pizzas & calzones are their specialities.

4. Cafe 1947 

Cafe 1947 will bring to life the vacay you’ve always dreamt of. Riverside cafe, sipping on toothsome hot chocolate, and taking in the magical views! You can spend your whole day here easily, just basking in the joy of leisure. Come evening, and you might even get a chance to enjoy live music here! 5. River Music Garden Restaurant & German Bakery 

Everything about the name of this cafe draws us in, like, seriously, riverside garden, bakery, and music, at the same place, YES PUHLEEZE! This authentic hillside cafe has very simple decor, and it’s totally outdoors, but that is exactly what makes it so unique to Manali! You get to be in the fresh air, taking in the mesmerising views, at all times. So, as you sip on a glass of kadak chai, and enjoy the aloo paranthas or the grilled trout, everything about this lovely place will make your trip memorable.

A pet-friendly cafe, if you're a dog lover, you'll be delighted to meet their pet dog Savi on the premises!
