Goa is a dream destination for all of us, be it a trip with our close friends, a family reunion or a honeymoon, this place has our back! But more than that, Goa is a one-of-a-kind foodie paradise, especially with the overwhelming number of cafes, restaurants, home chefs and even food pop-ups that open every day here. These gems very well make Goa the place it is, and so we made you a list of our favourite restaurants that we wish were in Delhi as well to give us all those Goan feels!

1. Thalassa 

If you’re looking to be treated like Greek Gods, then this is the perfect place to relax and indulge in exotic views and toothsome dishes. Thalassa is a Greek restaurant that is perched atop rocky cliffs and gives a gorgeous view of the sea and the sunset. Enjoy scrumptious Greek food here along with frequent musical live performances and even a fire show! They serve amazing Chicken Saganaki, Kalamata Olive Pasta and Chicken Fillet Souvlaki, and we wish we could taste this in Delhi too!

2. Fisherman's Wharf

The Fisherman’s Wharf is on everyone's bucket list since the year 2005, serving the locals and visitors with their signature fusion Goan dishes that have made it a hit with everyone who visits this joint. Now having around 3 different Goa outlets, they’ve definitely earned a name for themselves, if we go by their absolutely lip-smacking food, a stunning view of the shimmering sea and the adorable ambience. If this was in Delhi, this would be our go-to restaurant for sure!

3. Titlie

Titlie is a gorgeous culinary bar at Vagator Beach overlooking the aesthetic views of the Arabian Sea, not to mention, you can even bear witness to some of the most striking sunsets from their seating area. On their menu you'll find Olive and Mushroom Tapenade Kulcha, Roasted Beets Tartar in their food menu and Pomo Amor Cherry and Basil & Mint Sparkle on their cocktails menu which are absolutely divine! We defo need a Titlie replica in Delhi too!

4. Gunpowder 

This restaurant housed in an old bungalow in Assagao is a cosy space, complete with rustic vibes, a dense green cover, a comforting ambience and heart-warming service, making this a timeless favourite. Beef, pork, chicken, mutton and fish, their menu has got it all covered! The Beef Fry, Mutton Fry, Appams, Masala Prawns, Fish Curry and Malabar Parotta are to die for. Their aesthetic ambience makes us want to click innumerable pics and wish that we had a similar restaurant in Delhi too!

5. Lazy Goose

Lazy Goose is a lovely restaurant that gives us weekend vibes! The views are totally worth your Instagram feed, and the local cuisine completes this picture-perfect scene from the restaurant. Old-timers will remember this as Amigos, a restaurant that was popular for its home-cooked meals. The good news is that the local style of cooking has been maintained. The menu might be limited, but definitely has some of the best seafood in Goa. The pepper crab, butter garlic prawns and red snapper studded with recheado masala come highly recommended. On some days, they also host live music gigs! Doesn’t all this make you wish to have a mini version of the same in Delhi as well?

6. Qlay

If you're in the mood for Mediterranean cuisine, no better option than Qlay in Goa located in Assagao. It boasts charming bohemian decor that sets the ideal ambiance for a delightful evening with your friends. This elegant establishment offers delicious dishes and delectable cocktails. With scrumptious options like Ricotta Steak, Burrata Al Pesto and Pannacotta among other tempting choices, it makes sense to have an outlet in Delhi too!
