Every time we visit a Punjabi restaurant, Pindi Chole is something we cannot help ourselves from ordering. But did you know, this drool-worthy dish that doesn’t require much time to cook up is also SUPER easy to make? You don’t need to chop onions, tomatoes and the likes. All you need is soft chickpeas and a few spices. Served with raw onions on the side, these are as easy to make as they are delicious!

4. Gur Paratha 

If you too enjoy the sight of when you take one bite of the paratha and gooey gur comes oozing out of it, Gur Paratha is the dish you definitely should try making this Lohri! For a long time, we Delhi walas have been enjoying these crispy stuffed kulchas that are loaded with butter and everything sinful at all our fave Punjabi joints in the city. But have you ever thought of making this mouth-watering dish at home? The perfect accompaniment to your Pindi Chole, Rajma & all the other palatable dishes you’re making on Lohri, we say go for it!
